You will receive a second email "Onboarding - Please complete" - DEFINITELY OPEN THIS - it contains the link to the onboarding questionnaire that I need you to fill in so I can then go create your customized programs!

Within 48 hours I will email you directly with access details for the Coaching App where your programs and daily habits will be, plus that's where we'll be communicating day to day.
